Practice Policy
Welcome to Relational Home. Before we begin, here’s a brief overview of how I work and what to expect. By booking, you agree to these terms and the nature of this therapeutic setting. You don’t need a referral to see me.
Approach
My work is grounded in Gestalt Therapy — a relational, experiential approach that supports awareness of emotions, body, and patterns of relating. The focus is on what’s happening in the present moment to invite clarity, connection, and choice.
Credentials
I hold a Master’s in Gestalt Psychotherapy and maintain regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

All information shared in sessions is treated as confidential. Exceptions apply only where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, abuse involving vulnerable people, or where disclosure is required by law. Wherever possible, I will discuss any necessary disclosures with you in advance.

About the Process
Therapy can bring insight and relief, but may also stir strong emotions. Change takes time and outcomes can’t be guaranteed — our work is a shared journey of awareness and growth.
